2. Description of Service

Egg Rise is a mobile gaming application that provides an interactive entertainment experience where players guide an egg character through various ascending challenges and environments.

6. User Content

You are solely responsible for your User Content and must ensure it:

7. In-App Purchases

7.1 Virtual Currency and Items

The Service may offer virtual currency, items, or other digital goods for purchase ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.

7.2 Purchase Terms

• Payment: All purchases are processed through your device's app store
• Final Sale: All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law
• Pricing: Prices may vary by region and are subject to change
• Availability: Virtual Items may be discontinued at any time

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to your app store's refund policy. Contact your app store's customer service for refund requests. In exceptional circumstances, we may provide refunds at our discretion.

7.4 Parental Controls

Parents and guardians can use device settings to restrict in-app purchases. We are not responsible for unauthorized purchases made by minors.

7.5 Virtual Item Forfeiture

Virtual Items may be forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all related content, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, sounds, music, videos, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

• Uninstalling the app (though this doesn't delete your account)

9.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms or our community guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Pose a security risk to the Service or other users
• Fail to pay for services (if applicable)

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Virtual Items and currency may be forfeited
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

11. Limitation of Liability
